Wouldn't it be amazing if instead of drooling over other people's DIY projects you were building your own?

If you're tired of relying on someone else to do your DIY to do list for you - this is for you!

I know how frustrating it feels to have a huge list of projects you want (and need!) to complete, but you don’t have the skills to do them yourself.

If you’re tired of waiting on someone else to help you with your tools or worse having to hire someone to do your DIY projects for you then it’s time to take action and learn how to do it yourself.

And it all starts with having the right support

Troubleshooting Tips

In addition to learning how to use your tools, we’re covering some of the most common problems I see and how to avoid them.

Building doesn't have to be scary or complicated

The three biggest mistakes I see first time builders make are..

Beginner Power Tool School will teach you to bypass those mistakes so you can waste less time and get started faster

Beginner Power Tool School

Simplify your tools, conquer your fears and finally start building

Inside I'll teach you the only three things you really need to start building

1. A way to cut lumber

The first thing you need is a way to cut your lumber and the easiest, most versatile tool for this is a miter saw.

We cover:

  • the trick for measuring out a perfect cut
  • the reason your saw isn’t cutting straight and how to fix it
  • how to make angle cuts
  • and more!

2. A way to join boards

Next you’ll need a way to join your boards together to build those beautiful projects and the most common tool for this is a drill.

We cover:

  • the reason why your boards keep splitting – and how to avoid it
  • different types of drill bits and how to change them
  • how to drill partial depth and through holes
  • and more!

3. A way to make it pretty

And last, let’s make those projects pretty! Learn how to use a sander to create perfectly smooth surfaces and really make your projects shine.

We cover:

  • how to choose the right type of sandpaper
  • Using your sander to turn cheap rough wood into beautiful boards for your projects
  • an easy way to use your sander to round the edges of your boards
  • and more!

Put it all together

I wouldn’t give you all of that info and then just leave you hanging! Beginner Power Tool School also includes a section of skill builder projects that you can build using only the three tools we cover in the course.

Skill builder projects include printable building plans with detailed instructions and video tutorials. All of it designed specifically for first time builders!

Some questions smart people ask...

The instructional videos inside Beginner Power Tool School are exclusive to the course and are the culmination of my past 10 years of building experience.

You can definitely find free information online, but Beginner Power Tool School will save you hours of research by having all the information you need in one place. Plus, in addition to instructional videos you also get access to building plans and videos to walk you through your first projects.

My friend you’re in the right place. Beginner Power Tool School is designed to take beginners through their first experience with power tools by providing in-depth tutorials and explanations. In short, don’t sweat it! I got you 🙂

We’re covering 3 beginner power tools in the course – drills, sanders and miter saws.

I want to get you into the garage and building your first project as quickly as possible.

So, instead of complicating things by giving you a ton of tools to learn, I’ve narrowed it down to three tools that perform the basic tasks you need for any building project – a way to cut your lumber (the miter saw), a way to join your boards (the drill) and a way to make it pretty (the sander).

These aren’t the only tools you’ll ever need, but they ARE the only tools you need to get started.

After you purchase the course you will get instant access to the course material. You’ll receive an email with instructions for setting up your username and password. You’ll use those to sign into the member’s area of the course where all of the content is stored.

If you have any more questions, please send me an email at emilee@mamaneedsaproject.com and I’ll make sure you have all the information you need to make the best decision for you.
